Nice first half of run.

Calves started to cramp a bit around 3M. Pace never the same after that, really had to work to try and hold pace.

At 4.9M had to stop and stretch them out a bit.

Wanted to do at least 7M, but legs were totally ready to stop by the time I got back to the office.
