Notes
Plan was to run 15 miles today, just add on miles after finishing the 13.1 course. A couple wrong turns on the course helped add some distance, one in particular added a nice long hill climb. Didn't have to add much to the end of the course.
LSD pace. HR stats reveal lack of sleep (less than 4 hours).
Body felt great.
Slightly rolled left ankle at 3.5M, slightly rolled right ankle at 12.6M then took a header onto all fours. Good times!
