Tight legs, slightly tender heels, from Monday's run. Legs really took a pounding on the descent on 2/21, as I worked on my downhill @ pace technique.

Today's was an easy pace, stretch the legs run. Tried to keep under 140HR, kept bouncing over as I sped up.
