Learned today that the skunk definition of "nocturnal" is, the moment the sun goes down.
Ran past 3 skunks (that I saw, maybe more), one which squared off on me, during my run down the aquaduct.
Chicken shwarma for lunch, heartburn for workout. Limited my pace and my distance, as it became downright painful.
Decent run up to the quitting point.
