warm up 0.4mi 5:40 minutes 2-3% incline. Ran 6.36 miles for 60 minutes at 6.3-6.5 mph; incline walk 1.5mile 2-6-0% incline,4.5-4.7-4.0mph for 20:20 minutes.
Kept HR in mid 140-160's, no breathing issues.
