4m Progression Run after my track work. Once I got my breath back I felt ok. Stopped to see what was left of our car at Chandlers which unfortunately isn't much. The car is a total loss.

Nothing $4K and roughly a hundred stitches couldn't fix. Everyone is ok though and lucky.
