Notes

Goal was to do 4 to 6 800's at 6:00pace. This was a little too ambitious. Managed 4 decent ones, but still need to work on my speed as running at this pace seemed awkward. Will try this again in another month or so. Might do some 400's next week to prep for the 5k. (The wind didn't help any, but that wasn't the reason I came up short here.)
