Meant to run 3.5 miles. Cannot follow directions to save my life, ever since I was young enough that it got written on report cards. I should get a Garmin. I should get money first, though.

Lower back muscles and left ass muscle a little sore afterwards--possibly because I did some strength-y stuff yesterday?
