Good run with the team. Me and Kris latched on to the group at the front early on and just went with them, which was good other than the fact that his hamstring really started to bother him in the middle of the run. So he stopped to stretch. At some point in there we really started picking it up, and it felt like there were a couple miles in the middle of the run at 6:20 pace or quicker. I felt really good, so it wasn't a problem, but I hope Kris is alright. He's going to the trainer tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes. After the run I did 8 strides and hurdle drills. I like hurdle drills a lot, and I hope we do them a lot in the future. #hipmobilityisimportant
