Just another distance day. I held myself back a little bit more today. When the top group of guys kept doing loops and the freshmen turned back, I just went with the freshmen. I think that was a good idea. I can't go hard every day. Sometimes I just need a day that is really easy. And I think I got that today. Did 8 strides and a little bit of core after. Ice bathed. I think making that an everyday or almost everyday thing is a good idea. I just really feel like it helps me with recovery and such. Hi C is tomorrow, and I'm really excited to run my first hard workout. I'm gonna push myself. #recoveryisimportant
