Real rough day. The run was 2 miles warm up, 5 progression, 1 cool down. And I didn't start to pick it up really at all until the 4th mile so it was more like a 4 mile progression, and it was not good. My 4 miles were 6:28, 6:12, 6:17, 6:05. I just felt crappy from the start. Every mile just felt pretty strained. I think it's probably due to 2 pretty hard days leading up to this and not great sleep over the weekend. I'm gonna take tomorrow off and work on getting a lot of sleep this week. It also could be that I've just put in 3 of my highest mileage weeks ever. But just gotta go with it.
