Notes
Went to some park for a very hilly run with Grant, Sam, and Jake. It was good stuff. I was reallllyyy stiff the first 2-3 miles. Probably from the long run. But throughout the run I loosened up a little bit. It was all trails, so that was good, a nice break for the legs from so much pounding on pavement. Then after 7 miles or so we did 6 hill sprints up a hill that was probably a little over 100m w/ jog down rest. Then we ran around a mile back to where we started the run and were done.
