Got a little bit of speedy stuff in after the tempo. I took maybe 7 minutes or so after the tempo. I just wanted to feel pretty fresh going into my 200s. So basically full recovery. Then I did 8X200 with 90 seconds rest. I thought 28 would be good for them. I decided I would be happy as long as they were under 30. And boy was I consistent.
