Tempoed on the treadmill at Otterbein today. Wasn't the greatest ever, but I got a good effort in. The plan was to go 4 miles cutting from 5:30 pace to 5:00 pace. My shin was really bugging me, so I stopped after 2 and stretched it out for a minute. Then I got right back to it, and it was good for about another mile before it started bothering me again. So I stopped at 3.5. So not actually a continuous tempo, but the effort was there.
