2X200 w/ 200 rest
2X100 w/ 100 rest
300s: 46, 47
200s: 29, 29
100s: 13, 14
I was happy with that. I didn't really go in with a goal. Just wanted to run fast and get a pretty hard effort in. I love running on the track so much more than on grass, but I guess I need to get used to that, since it's cross country season. It wasn't anything crazy. But good to mix it up. #tracksmakemehappy
