Notes

Easy run. But it was a great run. The pace wasn't killer, but it was good. Felt pretty effortless so that was good.

Push ups, pull ups, sit ups before bed.

Sleep: 7.5 hours (12-3, 4:30-9) Woke up at 3 and didn't get back to sleep for a while.
