I don't even know if I can really call this a long run. I guess it's pretty long. Nobody really did a long run today, so I didn't feel like I could just go out and put in 16 like most Sundays. Nonetheless I got a solid run and some good distance in. Felt pretty good overall. Nothing too crazy. Ran with the Jakes around SMC then around the lakes.
