Good swim. Just a day to cross train and let the legs recover. Feeling good. Did 5 minutes swimming and water running to warm up and cool down, and in the middle I did a ladder: 50, 100, 150, ... , 300, 250, ... , 50. So that was good. I'm sure I was swimming slow as dirt, but it felt hard, so that's what I'm trying to get at. Stretched in the hottub for a little bit after the swim.
