Last run with Tom. But.. I didn't even run with him. As soon as we started off, I could tell that none of the guys (Evan, Trev, Nick, Seth, Kevin) were going to want to run any faster than like 7:00 so I just kinda took off on my own. Ran over half of the run around Otterbein's cross country course, so it was mostly grass and dirt. Felt pretty good. Not quite as effortless as a couple of the runs have been but definitely not hard by any means.

Did some core with the guys after the run (front plank, side planks, leg lowers, mountain climbers)

Sleep: 8 hours (10:30-6:30)
