tad drier today and plenty of wind from the south. feet ok but some twinges in my lower ham or somewhere kinda behind my right knee. really tight when i stretched, painful even. breeze felt great as we watched dogs frolicking in the sea while sitting on the skatepark steps. really lovely morning but gonna be another scorcher
