Great Murfreesboro Middle half. Ideal weather. Felt great. Started at sub 6 pace then settled in at 6:35 and pretty much held sub 6:40 the entire race. Ran beside the eventual 3rd place female for half the racem, then she took off. Ended up catching her the last mile. Was in 26th place with 4 miles to go, picked up the pace and picked off 6 runners, finishing in 20th place. FIRST SRANDMASTERS!!!! $125 cash winnings!!
Race was 1/2 mile long due to motorcycle cop taking us down the wrong street.
If this had been only 13.1, guess is that I would have run about 1:27:10 (2 min 40 second PR)
