Great running weather though a slight headwind on backstretch of track (= tailwind to finish)
Felt great, well rested, well fueled, ran relatively early in the day
Workout was not hard though i pushed hard enough during the intervals to feel nauseous/diarrhea so i gave an excellent effort. Think i was in the 175-180 range max for each interval but the watch only takes avg for splits
Really felt fit today.
