Notes

Had not run this trail in some time. Had forgotten about just how much the elevation pitched upward on the latter half of the run. Should be good training though for the Bourbon Chase. Lots of Kentucky's rolling hills on that course I am sure. Felt fairly good after the run though. Did one massage when I got back and will probably do another later today just so I can get a few miles in tomorrow without any ill effects.
