Notes
Finally some very favorable weather: about 73 and sunny. Even though I wore a long-sleeve shirt, it still felt pretty cool. I was happy with the way my body, legs especially, bounced back after running a medium-long run last evening. My legs are pretty sore going downhill and down stairs again. The good news is that I have over 30 hours to rest until my next run tomorrow evening.
Another thing to note is that during the run today I had some foot pain in my right foot in the arch area. My guess it is just from old shoes. It's just about time for a new pair and I have one on the way. I'm almost positive its a very minor pain and it will pass soon.
