Notes
Had a solid run today with Adam. We ran out toward the cemetery outside Liberty Hills and then picked up Carey ave and got back to Kirby through South Wilkes-Barre. My legs felt dead at the start of the day and at the end of the run. The good news is that my lungs are feeling much stronger than they typically do. Normally my lungs are fatigued, but lately its my legs that haven't been keeping up. I see this as a positive and a step toward addressing my weakness. However, I do need to make sure I attend to my legs tonight so I can run tomorrow morning.
