Anything's possible...including a near 30 min 5k, ha. Ran with fellow-GPMers and jogged with a few of the older guy attorneys from Mnpls and Chris from St. Cloud. I think all the women walked and all others were around me at a 9-10min pace. Good practice for a pace for that ultra...which I need to get signed up for...
