Notes

Started off fine, but went downhill from there. Not my worst, but not my best. Crowded start. Course was in the super hilly upper portion of the park, and I was clearly under hydrated for a hot day. I was hoping to run 7:50s, but I guess 8:01s isn't that bad. Better luck next time.
