Notes

For the first 22 miler of this training cycle, this went amazingly well. I actually felt almost strong at the end.

Route was over the Manhattan bridge, around the end of Manhattan, up the west side to 52nd, across town, down the east side, over the Brooklyn bridge (INSANELY crowded) over on Bergen to Vanderbilt and home. Ate 2 shot blocks drank a bottle of gatorade and two bottles of water.

Oh and that caps my highest mileage week ever.
