Today felt so hard. I wanted to quit after Donovan's Road. I just was not feeling it. However, look at how much I increased my pace! 10:11/mile for 2.8 miles. Total of 28:30. John went with me again. Not sure whether I really enjoy running with someone or not. I don't really respond to encouragement; it just kind of irks me. But I have been faster on these last two runs with him. But that may not be a good thing because it may mean I'm pushing too hard. Hopefully wednesday will feel easier. I think I wasn't hydrated well enough today.
