Notes
I went for an easy run on the Mountain Goat course after seminar ended today. Although I tried to keep it easy, I still felt quick today. I was strong on the uphills and fast on the downhills.
I hit Stoup, Colvin, and the Thornden Hills very well tonight.
The only problem is that I forgot to have a snack before running so I ready started to get hungry in the middle of this run. It's good to be back in Syracuse....
