Extremely humid run on the Buckeye Trail today. I ran with Michelle, Jen, Rose, Brett and Justin. We kept an easy pace out and then picked it up slightly on the downhill back to Jaite.
I like this section - its easier than the Brecksville to Jaite section.
Overall, I feel fantastic. My legs continue to feel fresh and I believe the changing of terrain from roads to trails is easing the increase in mileage volume.
Although the BT50K is going to be tough, I feel like I will hold-up well.
