Went out and did a very easy but steady recovery run.
I felt fine and like I had more energy than I expended. But mindful of yesterday's great effort, I respected the long-term plan.
Very pleasant run in the sun (but it was not too humid and there was cool air blowing from time to time.
Legs feel good...
