I did 2x15' at t-pace tonight on the B&H
Here were my splits:
Rep 1:
mile 1 - 6'26"
mile 2 - 6'21"
.35 - 2'13"
Total 2.35 in 15'00" @ 6'22" pace - This still feels like the sweet spot.
Rep 2:
mile 1 - 6'21"
mile 2 - 6'27"
.34 - 2'12"
Total -2.34 in 15'00" @ 6'24" pace. Overall, this was close to the first one even though I was tired by the end.
Felt good throughout the w/o.
