We got a late start today because I was recovering from Cedar Point. Kimmy, Jasna and Story rode bikes while I did an easy run from Bolanz South and back. Afterwards we hit up Szalays.
The weather was pretty hot and my legs felt heavy. The distance was not a problem but I felt easily distracted and worn. This is just a little pre-BT50K bump. Tomorrow is my last run of the week before Buckeye Saturday. Everything is in working order...I just feel a little tired. I also need to watch my diet a little more closely.
