I got a run in with Dave (from Mentor, big ultra guy - 23 JFK 50 finishes) before volunteering for the Station Bridge Aid Station in the Burning River 100 (mile 33.3).
We chatted and just logged some easy miles down to Boston and back. It was an easy run and nice to log some miles back at home.
I feel much better than yesterday and was careful not to expend too much energy given that tomorrow I am doing 16.
I do feel like I might be getting some Plantar on my right foot (or else it just a little tender). Otherwise, all is well.
