Notes
Did a pre-CRTR run with Shanna, Brad, Chris, Rachel, and Dave. We did road on Quick past Woodridge HS and in some of the neighborhoods around there. We ended up hitting around 6 miles on our return to Pine Hollow to meet up with the CRTR.
I felt good - but the runs has been fast this week. Tomorrow I will lighten up the pace. In the absence of speed or t-work, I am ok with my plan as long as the frequency is there.
