Did a second run tonight with Dad at the W&J track. Jasna and I are on our way to DC to go to the APSA conference.
I just relaxed and kept my legs moving. My legs felt tired after the run but i am hoping this will help in the back-end of the marathon. At least I feel like my legs shouldn't get tired.
I finished up my workout with 6 reps of striders. It was warm tonight but as the sun went down and the shade covered the track, it did not feel too bad.
