Did an easy run this morning on the B&H. After feeling pretty tired after last night's run, I really backed my pace off and just tried to chill. I very much enjoyed this run. Although it was a tad warm, I just moved along to the tunes from my ipod. I did not look at my watch much, could have cared less about pace, and just focused on not over-thinking the run.

I must admit though: Sunday's time in the half has me curious about my Chicago potential. If I am healthy, finish off my training well, and the weather is good, I think its going to be memorable. But beyond that, my mind has shifted a bit. I am starting to think about overall potential and just how fast I can go. Thinking about all this on the run was inspirational and drove me this morning. I just love to feel how efficient and smooth I run these days.

Everything feels great: Legs, feet, calves - everything below the waist feels lean and strong. And I hit a new low in my weight this this morning: 190.0 even. With six more weeks to Chicago, I think I can lose a couple more, which will only help me more during my race.
