Rob and I did 2X1mile at t-pace with 1' rest in between. LT had me back it off because I was going too fast for my fitness range.
So We did the first one in 6'43" pace and the second one in 6'39" pace.
I was really working (or at least felt like I was working hard). I felt sluggish and tired tonight. Also, I feel heavy. Hope I don't feel like this in Sunday
