DId an easy run with Lloyd and Meredith. We went down to the bottom of the all-purpose trail. Then up to the hill to work on hill workouts. We headed past Oak Grove to Meadows drive back to the parking lot. We stopped en route and practiced 4 striders, which I will need to incorporate twice a week into my routine.

This run was hot. I was kind of uncomfortable from the bottom of the hill up to Meadows. Then on the way back on Meadows, I felt like I got into a reasonable rhythm.

Good run and conversation. And glad that I learned about hill repeats and striders.
