In 66-degree weather, I feel like I can run all day.
I went out for an easy run to kick off the week. I was very easy the first three miles and then tried to pick it up to easy pace. I just relaxed and enjoyed the run. It was a fabulous day to be out there.
I finished off my run with 6 - striders to get my legs primed for tomorrow's tempo workout. I am very excited about that as well as the Buckeye 1/2 this weekend.
