Notes
Did an easy run today. There was 98% humidity at 830am this morning. The temp probably averaged about 75 while I was running. I come home completely soaked.
I did, however, have an easy and pleasant run. I was not working very hard and just listening to my ipod and moving forward.
Overall, it was a pleasant run.
