Notes
Went to the track with Dad tonight.
I did an easy 5 miler. I did three miles, took a short bathroom break, and then did 2.5 more miles to wrap up a good day of running.
The weather was very hot tonight. It was a lot hotter than yesterday and I was careful to back it off a little.
This was a nice easy recovery run.
