Cool morning and I was flying on the roads.
I didn't really feel like I was pushing it but I was pretty consistently in the 8'20"s. It is probably the weather but it feels like the shoes.
I did the usual 7.7 loop but also threw in Westview to Greystone on the way back to the VP&21. Making up for that extra mile I missed last night.
Going to use this fall to really get in shape.
