Probably the best weather I have run in all year.
Did the usual loop and just went around all the construction. slipped and fell forward at the top of the steep deer lick hill (parallel to VP). Skinned up my arm and knee. Otherwise, just a bruised ego.
Just a chilled out trail run. Good to get out on those hills. Leaves starting to fall.
