Notes
Did an easy run on the lakefront trail. Started at Grant Park and dan south past Soilder Field. I felt super today. After two sluggish days where my legs felt dead, today I was busy keeping everything in check. I felt fast and wanted to fly. Instead I bore in mind the plan and dan accordingly. Tomorrow's 23-miler is what I have my eye on.
Finished up with 6 striders to prep my legs for tomorrow.
