Notes
Despite a heavy rain on the backend of this run, it was 54-degrees. That is great for this time of year. I ran to the track and did about 4 miles on it before running back to mom and dad's.
On the last mile in, I dropped a 7'13" mile to test the foot. I can feel something there but it is nothing compared to the last couple months. There are no signs of PF anymore as well. Just wish this would finish off for good so I can really ramp up the miles.
