The Dirigo guys didn't show up for the workout, so it must have changed and I'm just not on the right list, I guess. I got in 20 minutes plus before the Trail Monster crew showed up, and then ran for 42:30 with Ian for about 10 kilometers. It got dark. I felt pretty good, and managed to keep from twisting anything. I had my head lamp.
