Squat rack was in use again so I just used dumbbells. I bounced one of the balls while juggling off of the bosu and it shot out in front of me - whoops! I saw a woman doing some fun exercises on the bosu, like straddling it and jumping on and bouncing off back to a straddle or turning it over and balancing on one leg.
