Ran down by Little Sebago this morning first thing - no breakfast ahead of time. After 97 minutes of running, I ate a 2-egg omelet, bagel with peanut butter, blackberries, and yogurt with orange juice. Then I had a mug of tea. Then I ate some pretzels. Then we made lunch, soup with elbows. After that, I sat down to teach facebook advertising to my brother with a shipyard export. By this time it was around 1:00. I was hungry after my run.
